I am the objective outsider.
As an outsider, I bring the ability to view your business with objectivity, without bias, and without any preconceived notions of what your business is, what your business should be, and how to get there. Often, employees and managers alike are too familiar with the business to recognize issues or opportunities for improvement. In this case, the objective outsider can be the answer.
The objective outsider will work with your business in a process of discovery to define who you are, what you do and why you do it. The discovery process will also include determining who your business serves, (i.e. customers, investors, employees etc.) and what you want to become. Only then can we begin to develop a road map that will align your business resources (systems, people, processes) with your organization’s goals.
As a participant in the process, the objective outsider must have the ability to adjust to a variety of environments and situations while remaining unbiased. Whether your business is a startup with interest in Supply Chain and/or Logistics or an established small business that is active in Supply Chain and/or Logistics, I bring a commitment to be objective and leave any preconceived notions at the door.
Learning what interests and motivates your business group will allow me to articulate the value I bring to the table, building rapport and trust. With more than twenty years of experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics world, I have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills along with a track record of delivering quality solutions with minimal disruption.
Bottom line…improving processes improves your bottom line.
